Ordered Christmas presents for grandson and they never arrived. Never again will I order from a Facebook ad.They took my money fast enough though.

Contact your credit card company so they can investigate. You paid for an item that was not delivered. That's what I had to do. Also, my credit card was hacked two months later so you might want to have your back issue a new card.
