NAMEBERRY, order delivered wrong address never received at mine, Manosque, France

Manosque, 04100 Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France

NAMEBERRY - After searching, with the help of the post office in my city and the delivery tracking system, I learned that my Nameberry order had been delivered to Villejuif in the Paris region and not to my address in Manosque in the south of France. I wrote 2 emails to the contact address with order number and parcel tracking number and still nothing, no response, except, I think, the acknowledgements of receipt of my emails but since I don't read Chinese I can't be sure. I was charged $60 for 2 ice makers that I never received from Nameberry. Based on my experience I would say NAMEBERRY BIG SCAM TO FLEE AND REPORT

response from service @risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support @lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.

immediately call your credit card and do a chargeback. They are playing a waiting game and will send you the wrong thing like a pack of toothbrushes or a scarf. You won't be able to chargeback after 30 days so do it NOW.

On November 30, 2023, via an Instagram ad, I bought two pairs of Jordan sneakers at €29.9. I never received my order, and sent it back by email with no response. A hell of a scam. It's surprising that a network like Instagram can spread a malicious site.
