Package containing a zippered sunglass case with sunglasses and a note that starts out Dear Sir or Madam. This package had 2 labels, one on top of the other the first label is from China post with shipment information on it. The label that was placed on top was addressed to my wife with the return address from online seller 20526 59th PL S Kent, WA 98032.

SCAMMERS. It's either "brushing," where they're trying to finagle extra "verified reviews," or, more likely, you ordered something like one of those "Amazon pallets," which are scams. Check your latest credit card bill, then call your Visa card/bank and report it as fraudulent. They will open an investigation and reverse the charges, as they did for me.
