I ordered something from MI that went to the teterboro distribution center after passing through the metro NY center, which makes no sense since the final destination is in NY. It has been sitting there for 4 days with no movement. I’m getting really nervous about whether my package will arrive. I need what’s in that box. No response to my inquiries thus far.

I have had two packages that have 'gone missing' with USPS and have now had to refund customers. The packages never seem to leave NJ and both contained the same single items (a CD). The first small media mail package was sent on March 15th, 2022 -->... See More Departed post office in Pitman, NJ on Mar 15 --> arrived at South Jersey NJ Distribution Center March 15 @ 3:54pm --> March 19th - In transit to next facility and no updates after that. During April: spent a few calls completing the 'missing mail' forms both electronically and speaking to 'investigators' who promise to call back. When I receive call-backs it's to say that my missing mail electronic form 'wasn't fully filled out' or that 'the missing report action has not been updated' or that they are 'now pushing it forward.' No notifications from the USPS since then. My second package that I am going to have to refund the customer for was another small media mail package with CD sent April 25th 2022 --> USPS in possession from Sewell NJ --> April 25 2022 Departed Post Office Sewell NJ --> April 29 2022 "In transit, arriving late". It is now May 17th and still no package to the customer. See Less

Thank you for everyone following this case: a month out from the original send-date and I am seeing movement on my small media mail (recent package - sent from within NJ to another address in NJ on April 25th 2022 as of today: May 18th, 2022 it has left the distribution center) and I'm not sure if it is due to this post but thank you. I still have not received any information on the package previously sent out to a customer in early/mid-March of 2022 that was supposed to arrive in New Mexico on March 22nd 2022. I will reserve any positive entries for when my customer receives their item or I receive it back as a return. Please note: I still have not received any calls from USPS. Only a survey saying they resolved my most current media mail item, not that the customer has actually received it.

Package has been sitting there for 2 weeks. No updates. Before arriving there it had an estimated delivery date, then usps stopped providing a delivery date. Every day when I check on the tracking it updates the last notification with the current date, saying that as of... See More today my package is delayed. Completely unbelievable, I live 30 mins away. If they aren’t going to give us a way to contact this horrible center they should at least create a way for us to put an alert on our tracking number to try to get the facility to locate the package they lost. See More Allergy Bee Gone for Kids Nasal Swab Remedy, lot # 2006491, was distributed Nationwide to wholesale distributors, retail stores and online on Amazon.com and the company web site. Buzzagogo, Inc. places the utmost emphasis on patient safety and product quality at every step in the manufacturing and supply chain process.
Risk Statement: In immunocompromised patients, the use of the affected product could potentially result in severe or life-threatening adverse events such as bacteremia/sepsis, pneumonia, invasive fungal rhinosinusitis, or disseminated fungal infection. In non-immunocompromised patients, the population most likely to use the product, the use of the defective product may result in infectious complications, for instance bacteremia or noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis, but in this population the infections are expected to be less severe and more readily responsive to treatment. To date, Buzzagogo, Inc. has not received any complaints related to microbial concerns or reports of adverse events related to this recalled lot.
The product is used to lessen seasonal allergy symptoms and is packaged in individual tubes for topical nasal application. The affected Allergy Bee Gone for Kids Nasal Swab Remedy lot is 2006491 with expiration date 8/2024 and UPC code 860002022116. The product can be identified by locating the lot number and expiration date on the bottom of the product carton.
Buzzagogo, Inc. is notifying its distributors and customers by email and is arranging for return or replacement of all recalled products. Consumers, distributors or retailers that have Allergy Bee Gone for Kids Nasal Swab Remedy, lot # 2006491, should stop using the product, and discard any remaining product.
Consumers should contact their physician or healthcare provider if they have experienced any problems that may be related to using this drug product.

See More my baby very sick in so many ways she has choking problems she has been having blood in her poop and is deathly sick now. Remind you at the end of the day I don't have anyone else she is it. I hold on to her and she's very spoiled and is why I wake up and work and she's my world. I had her mom 10 years and I didn't know that it was the treats. I let her eat as much of them as 30 in day and I feel aweful and this company is wrong and I am not going to stop until something is done about it I just really am in shock. My mom called 911 even one day she was choking. I could not imagine the thought of losing her. I've had her serviced and I've lost twins and she is a child and every single pet parents in the world is about to get the truth of this place because it's terrible and dreambone shouldn't be doing this. At almost $20 a bag at that. Testing identified the affected lot of the product to contain the bacteria Gluconacetobacter liquefaciens. This lot of Magnesium Citrate Saline... See More Laxative Oral Solution Lemon Flavor was distributed Nationwide at CVS drug store locations.
Risk Statement: Immunocompromised patients, who consume this product, may be at increased risk for invasive infections caused by Gluconacetobacter liquefaciens that could lead to serious, life threatening adverse health consequences. To date, Vi-Jon, LLC has not received any complaints related to this recall. The product is used for relief of occasional constipation (irregularity) and generally produces bowel movement in 1/2 to 6 hours.
The product is packaged in a 10 oz clear round plastic bottle. The affected CVS Magnesium Citrate Saline Laxative Oral Solution Lemon Flavor lot includes the following batch number: 0556808 and expiration date: 12/2023 on the shoulder of the bottle. This lot of Magnesium Citrate Saline Laxative Oral Solution Lemon Flavor was sent to a 3rd Party Outside Lab for testing per CVS request as a first production sample for CVS.
Vi-Jon, LLC has already notified CVS by phone and email and is arranging for return of all recalled product. Consumers that have this recalled product should stop using and return any remaining product to the place of purchase.
This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
