I received a ring in the mail that I did not order. I did order some stuff from over Facebook advertisement that I never received so not sure which of the two companies has scammed me

They work in tandem. Call your credit card company regarding the place you ordered from and dispute the charge then cancel that card and have a new one issued with a different number.
