Ordered 2 chairs. Received what looks to maybe be a knee brace? Other people have the same issue. Received a piece of cloth or a scarf. Total bait and switch company. Not QVC.

The same thing happened to me. Ordered chairs thinking it was a legit site (should have read it closer) and I was sent a gauze type scarf. Have been emailing them. One email said it was delivered another email said they were sorry it wasn’t delivered and they could send it again with better shipping or they would refund. Just getting the run around.

Yep no chairs. They were lost twice lol. Said they would refund but they won't. Scam
I'm dealing with them right now. They want me to pay to ship it back and they will reimburse me for the shipping cost when they refund me for my purchase... they want me to pay up front to return a scarf to China when they sent me a scarf "by mistake" instead of 4 chairs... I didn't even get the right quantity and they want me to believe it was send by error from their shipping company.
I ordered the chairs, received a red scarf, too. I got the same run around!!
