They want me to pay to ship it back and they will reimburse me for the shipping cost when they refund me for my purchase... they want me to pay up front to return a scarf to China when they sent me a scarf "by mistake" instead of 4 chairs... I didn't even get the right quantity and they want me to believe it was send by error from their shipping company.
