I called and waited for 45 minutes to speak to a representative that told me my WEDDING DRESS is held up in the distribution center due to damage from hurricane IDA! My dress was shipped priority and is now lost. I offered to even drive to NJ to get my own package but was told I cannot do so. Thanks for nothing.
