A package due to arrive March 26 2024 was shown via USPS tracking to be in my hometown - but it was not delivered. When I went to my local post office they told me it was still at Teterboro even though the tracking available to me said otherwise. They told me that a bunch of packages will be put into a box and sent to the destination post office and that box has a list of what is supposedly in it...they don't actually scan the mailed package. Apparently this is a serious and very common problem with Teterboro. | Symptoms: Other

I sent my document to NJ taxation center for my refund 2 weeks ago and my package is being stuck as well. this is still not taking care of customers' packages since an article I read said the teterboro center is kind of black hole in 2021. so revolted.
