Fingerhut picked up card information instead of shipping address. I live in San Augustine tx (shipping address) package delivered to 804 Pierce (old address but still on card billing) they are making no effort to locate won't talk to me about it until I do a bunch of stuff I don't know how to do. I'm 70 yrs old and not tech savvy at all
