I mailed a package from Florida which arrived in Teterboro, NJ within two days. However, it has been sitting in the facility since April 8, it is now the 23rd of April and still has not been delivered or located. The FL post office has reached out to the facility several times and they do not respond to inquiries...it was an Easter gift pkg. which may arrive by next year!!! The incompetence is very frustrating!!!

This pkg has never been recovered or delivered yet I have received some communication stating the issue was resolved and others stating the inquiry was closed. What a disgrace and waste of time & money… will not send any further packages with USPS!!!
