My CERTIFIED MAIL of utmost importance.. thats why its sent certified.. has benn lin limbo stuck in teterboro for 22 days. W no updates...I hate NJ .. the incompitant state .

Same here, I wish that they will at least give us an accurate delivery date. I have been checking the tracking number every couple of hours looking for updates in the last 7 days.
I’ve been missing a Shutterfly package that was mailed on July 1st, from NY, to my cousin in Fl. It’s last known tracking in Teterboro, NJ. She still has not received it, as of today, Oct. 15. I contacted Shutterfly and they were nice enough to create a second book, which they sent direct to her in early Sept. she never got that book either. Finally she got the 3rd book they were nice enough to remake again and send out. I Put in a missing claim with USPS for the 1st missing book back in Aug. and I continue to get updates, “we are working on it”. What a joke!
