Paid £39.74 for a garden strimmer and received a piece of cloth . Contacted them and lo and behold it was in China . Told me to either keep the cloth and get a 40% refund or send it back for a full refund . Sent it back and promised a refund within eight days , still waiting !!!! London address and London phone number which does not exist ?

Exactly the same with me. I got a polyester headscarf too.
Got the hewdscarf as well
