Laiyintru is a scam, Monterey, LA, USA

Monterey, Louisiana, United States

On 06/05/2023, I placed an order for a variety of sale items that I thought were from the Kohls online shopping site. I immediately received an email confirmation from Laiyintru. After 2 weeks of waiting and no correspondence with them, I emailed the company. I was given a tracking number and a link to track my package through China Post. This resulted in a website in CHINESE, with no option to translate to English. I don't speak, read or write Chinese. I've had several other conversations with them. Supposedly, my package was delivered to me on July 3rd. Being a small town, I contacted the postmaster, and no package for me was ever delivered there. They "attempted " to get the carrier to refund my money, but they refused. I'm now attempting to get a refund. Wish me luck, because I will need it!!! There is no website for Laiyintru. It is based in Hong Kong and appears to have been started only 6 months ago. There have been NUMEROUS complaints of packages never being received. All of my searches have come up empty. The company had an ad on FB under the guise of Kohls, and I didn't find out it was actually Laiyintru that I ordered from until I received an email from them thanking me for my order. By then, it was too late. I have been corresponding with them through emails and they are offering me a refund of 60% of my purchase of $70 worth of products. It's better than 0% I suppose, IF I actually receive it.
