I received 2 bottles of keto product that I didn't order When I called the company this morning they told me They couldn't find me in their system I provided all the information they would possibly need to find me and they still couldn't then they wanted my credit card information which I refused explaining that if they couldn't find me by my name address email or phone number they certainly weren't gonna find me by my credit card information And I would like to add that I was disconnected 3 times before I finally hung up on them. I guess I will just notify my bank that if any charges try to go through from this company to decline them.I'm in Arizona, USA.

I am in Montana and I got the same. When I called them they said I "signed up for a trial" and I said no I didn't and I was not paying for it and would send it back. They said "throw it away because we can't resell it once it's sent out" .
