I placed an order for two water testing devises with this company. After the order was processed I noticed a higher price on my bank statement. I attempted to speak with a representative of the company regarding this but was not able to reach a person. The package arrived with no paperwork such as receipt or instructions. This causes me to doubt the authenticity of the product. I was just trying to search for the company online and found this site. Hope this is helpful.
