I did receive my merchandise.
The instructions state do not use this product if you have silver, red or blond hair. There was nothing to this effect anywhere on the site pertaining to what was listed in the manual..
I have sent five separate emails back to this individual requesting a refund of my money over the last several days. This individual has not replied one time.

What a lowlife butthole that runs scams to this effect. I hope KARMA will take care of this individual..
