i ordered and paid for several items, 2 and a half weeks ago. have not recieved my merchandise. cannot get ahold of anyone. i paid 35.99 to them
I ordered on Dec 5 and have not received anything but charged my account 29.72. Where is my order???
Ordered 5 clothing items from waht was thought to be the reputable company, J. C.Penney on December 31. 2023 & paid with a creit card, $32.12, but haven't received merchandise nor had any word on the satus of the order. WAS THIS A SCAM???! If so, the website needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEIATELY!

I ordered from the jcpenny web site and have received nothing. They took 37 and change. They sent me an email to finish my order. But I thought I had.
I ordered two items, paid with credit card, and have never received items but my credit card shows they deducted the money for the items. What recourse do I have? I can't reach anyone and obviously this is a scam.
I ordered from the JCP logo site 5 items mine said its in transit I highly doubt it after reading these messages!
I placed the order on December. The 11th credit card was charged. Have not received my item and this is now February the 2nd. What's up? Why are you guys scamming people? You need to cut it out. Give me back my money
I also ordered thinking it was the legitiment company. Got 1 email several weeks ago saying order is in transit. Tried searching tracking number, it won’t search for it. 39 and some change.
saw in tracking delivered 2/5/2024 at 17:40 I did not received I was home at that time. no delivery made to me.
I ordered items in December and didn't receive them although the tracking site said it was delivered. They refunded some of my money but shorted me approx. $9. I keep emailing them and I keep getting the same answer from them that the amount still to be refunded didn't arrive because of an issue in the link they supposedly sent to the bank. The email address they use is ino@servicemanaging.shop. I did report them to Facebook as well.
