I ordered items in December and didn't receive them although the tracking site said it was delivered. They refunded some of my money but shorted me approx. $9. I keep emailing them and I keep getting the same answer from them that the amount still to be refunded didn't arrive because of an issue in the link they supposedly sent to the bank. The email address they use is ino@servicemanaging.shop. I did report them to Facebook as well.
