Like others I ordered clothing online from M&S, paid by credit card and had all confirmed,money debited and a piece of worthless 'jewellery'sent. I have tried contacting the vendor but keep getting 'unable to deliver' message. Is there anything I can do? I ordered clothing online at M&S after seeing an ad.during playing Scrabble online. they confirmed the order, I paid by credit card and was given a tracking number. Yesterday I received a package with the correct address etc, plus the tracking number was correct. Unfortunately I received a worthless piece of jewellery. I sent an email to the address given on the jewellery but that doesn't exist. I have now sent another email, this time to the address that I took from the internet to the authentic company making the jewellery. My clothing order? When looking online I see others have had the same problem. Have you any suggestions on what to do now?I'm in Sardinia
