I received the j&j vaccine on march 5th. That night, I started experiencing lots of chills and I was nauseous. It lasted until the next day. I couldn't get up from bed because of a headache as well. I felt I needed to just lay and rest. And I couldn't eat because I was still feeling nauseous. I did not eat anything, except drank a little water untill the following day, the 7th. By that night, I was able to get up from bed, took a shower and had a jello and fruit to eat. The next day I was back to myself. I had Covid back in Dec 2020. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Chills
