Instagram Scam, Hermitage Tennessee 37076
Ordered Laura Gellar makeup on instagram and received a product from China made by Yiwu Rongge Cosmetics Co. Ltd. in address Room 305, 3rd Floor, Building No. 2, No 633 Jichang City, Zhejiang Province China. This was deceptive advertising. I paid 39.97 thru PayPal. It was suppose to start out 25.00 and they added charges after I accepted it. Very deceptive and PayPal doesn't stop it.
