I got a package with a ring in it that I did not order. I ordered from a different company Translate earbuds. They said that it was delivered to me, but it wasn’t. Earbuds it was a ring and they’re using this tracking number saying I received earbuds. How do I go about proven? It’s a ring and not earbuds. I sent them a picture and stuff and still waiting for information. Is this the scam company that I’m dealing with I don’t know and now I am out of $50 and have a toy ring
