I ordered some clothes from swank posh on ig and i never received my order instead i received a random silver diamnond ring in a red box labeled to me

I just received this same ring in a package this morning at my apt door from this same company in your picture GRA Moissanite but with an address from YITWLKJ 895 Meyerside Dr Mississauga, ON. Have seen others say they were charged on credit cards but haven't seen anything I can link to it as yet through my debit card. People have definitely said this is a scam, so they're obviously getting our information. I know I've ordered from Shein, others say Ali Express.
