Today I received a woman’s ring by GRA in a usps in my mailbox for me but I have never ordered a ring nor any of my family members ordered which is why I am a bit scared.

Have you ordered anything from fb or google ads but didn't receive item? Plenty of scams that you pay for something else but never get. They say you got it because they sent you that ring. Watch your credit card statements.
Yes this is true today same thing checked my card they charged my card also!!
