I had placed an order for some luggage. Then I looked back at my email from these people yesterday & it looked like it said delivered. The luggage said Bed Bath & Beyond on the Facebook marketplace page when I ordered it, so I thought that was who I was ordering from. But it appears it was from some scam China group!So yes, I ordered luggage, but I received some kind of cheap scarf instead. So once I read the comments from your website & it said delivered on my end, then I figured out they had sent me a cheap horse scarf instead of luggage & it was definitely a scam.
I had called my AX when I first placed the order after it said some company I had never heard of- instead of Bed Bath & Beyond. So they had noted it & AX told me it was a China company. They told me to wait if I wanted & see if the luggage arrived. So after the scarf came on Tuesday this week, then I called AX back last night & cancelled the card I ordered it thru & they placed a dispute with the company. The AX girl said there was no phone # on their info. So hopefully AX will get it straightened out.
Also, right after I had originally placed that order, it popped up in my email that someone had hacked into my FB acct. so immediately a red flag went up. So that was another reason that I called AX that night to alert them. I don’t know how you proceed or if you need to since AX is checking the issue out or not.
