There are a couple different possible scams: one is like with me, I ordered a surprise palette, after checking online by the way to make sure they were legit - but turns out they are not. They sent me $7.95 cheap earpods, when I contacted them they said oh sorry you're not happy, how about if we give you a 50% refund? I just called Chase Visa and they canceled the charges.
