I received a package from Danny, 27460 Yellow Brick Rd, Walnut Creek, CA. I can’t find a way to send it back and when I try the email I closed it says I have got a virus on my phone now!

I ordered a small scooter and never received it. Was charged and had to get my card cancelled along with the charge.
I ordered a purse that I thought was from QVC however I believe it was a scam. If I check the tracking it shows it was delivered but no such package arrived
