Recieved a Data Cable Set that I never ordered how did they get my name and address will call my bank to see if I was charged with this and call my attorney to check into it further

I ordered 2 cat trees that were coming from China I tracked the package all the way to the US than I received a charging cable from this company. When I peeled off the shipping label underneath it was the original tracking from the China cat trees I ordered
