As previously stated I ordered the Rosepros Chain Saw for my Husband's Birthday in July but BEVER received it. I tried to contact Rosepros to find out about a refund but could never get a person or place to contact. I still would like my refund. It was charged to my account. I have tried several times to find out what happened and how to get a refund but to no avail.
