I ordered buy 2 chairs, get 2 free from an ad on Facebook. They advertised as qvc factory outlet. I even paid for the 3-4 day shipping ( an extra 9.99) back on 4/15/23. I sent an email to mange02@anaticy.com (from my order confirmation) and just kept getting the run around saying because of the “hot sale” it was delayed. I finally got a crappy scarf and when I checked the shipping number they gave me it said it was delivered successfully! Do you know if/how I can get my money back.

Oh so that’s who sent me that scarf. I ordered chairs as well and received this scarf sometime after my purchase and called Amazon to see what the deal was. They had no clue and it wasn’t on my account smh. I’m going back and forth with the “chair company” now playing around with them seeing how far they can take their lies smh.
I got a scarf also. It is definitely a scam!!! I ordered 4 chairs, after back & forth emails they said customs had them & I needed to go there & get them. I demanded my money back They blocked my email so I couldn’t even contact them any longer
