I ordered resin garden stepping stones - Bluetyt, Camano, WA, USA

I ordered resin garden stepping stones from a company listed as Bluetyt. I had tracking showing it was coming from China. Today (6/24/24) I received a package with the matching tracking number shown in email for the items I ordered. However, it was a small package containing a small plastic beaded bracelet. Showing return address of Heathers Motty, 2207 Summit Ave, Union City NJ 07087. Definitely not even remotely close to my original item ordered
Calling my bank tomorrow to see if any recourse.
