I ordered clothes off a website. And I keep checking status. It shipped from China. What I got was an ugly ring that don't fit. And I keep asking for a refund and they will only give me partial refund on my items. What can I do.

do an immediate charge back to your credit card. Call your card and tell them this is a scam. They will basically delay and deny until you can no longer charge back your credit card. ALWAYS use a credit card with online purchases for your own protection.
Good advice. Using a debit card from your bank or a credit card, you have the option to dispute a charge where as apps you don't. Also, when dealing with any site you don't know to be trustworthy, always read the terms of service to see if you're getting shucked in to a buyers club agreement. I feel for that a few times. I read the terms of service fire every website I visit to buy something Before I make a purchase, just to make sure.
