I got my first Pfizer shot yesterday. My arm was fine till evening came and then arm became tender. The next day (today), oh boy, my joints had serious aches, I was exhausted, had to stay in bed for a while. My injected arm has serious aching. I wasn't expecting a strong reaction. I'm also recovering from Covid, six weeks now, a moderate case. | Symptoms: Fatigue, Body Ache, Joint Pain, Soreness
