Dispute the charge if you used a credit card. I did and they gave me a conditional refund. 24 hours later it was changed to a final refund. I ordered shirts and got he same ring from the same people.

I think there are thousands that did same thing. THen they will offer you 30% refund. or mail ring back to china for full refund which you probably won't get. It is a scam. plain and simple. so dang sad

It happened the same to me when I ordered the products from a site called stilelyst.com. They sent a ring instead of sending what was ordered. When I emailed their customer service, they replied saying below: "Dear Hello,I have verified your order with our staff. Please be assured that this order is a gift to you to verify that the address you entered is correct and to reduce the risk of your order not being delivered correctly. We have confirmed that your address is accurate, we have arranged to reship to you. (no extra cost) 1. Will you sign for the second package? Please let us know your idea. 2. If you are unwilling to wait and will refuse the second package, please tell us, we will continue to negotiate other solutions If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us here, we will help you solve the problem, please rest assured.
