It happened the same to me when I ordered the products from a site called stilelyst.com. They sent a ring instead of sending what was ordered. When I emailed their customer service, they replied saying below:

We have confirmed that your address is accurate, we have arranged to reship to you. (no extra cost)

2. If you are unwilling to wait and will refuse the second package, please tell us, we will continue to negotiate other solutions

I did too with the same address you mentioned and it is from Tevin James. I think he’s some kind of a football player. The ring is for women even though I’m a man. What did you do with it?
