I got a ring I didn't order I had order some shoes but got a ring can anybody tell me what I can do or talk to about thisI'm in Houston

I order some shoes also through a Facebook vendor that had a lot of positive reviews but I have never received my shoe but I got a ring also…however before the ring came maybe about 5-7 days after I order the shoes I got a call from someone claiming to be from my credit card company fraud department and the want to verify a pending charge on my account for $1271 for an Arbnb so the lady proceeded to send my over a verification code that I need to give to her, so she sent the code the forts code had expired so she sent another code. As she was telling this and I was rattling off the code I had pulled up my CC account online and didn’t see any pending transactions as soon as I gave her the last digit of the code she hung up. I immediately swiped to lock my card and called my cc company and cancel the card. So check your cc card but to be on the safe side I would cancel that card immediately
