Ordered Fathers Day presents from what I thought was Grunt Style, it was not. Never received my merchandise. Contacted the email they provided for customer service and they provided a tracking number. Package said it was delivered, but nothing was in the mailbox. Instead found a package by my door containing a ring I never ordered from a Gary Polk in Texas. The customer service people said they would send another package if I wanted to accept it. I told them I’m reporting them to the fraud division. I actually don’t know how to get my money back since it was over a month and a half since I placed the original order.
