I placed an order for 5 light up silvery mercury glass Christmas trees all different sizes. What I received was 5 plastic yellow 4" high trees.

I too was scam with this product. I received the same 5 plastic trees. This should not be ok, false advertisement. People should be entitled to get their money back.

I also was scammed by this seller. I ordered the Christmas trees as well. I thank God I paid through PayPal. I have put in a complaint. I want the full refund I paid for this junk.
I was also scammed by this seller. I paid through PayPal and will be filing a complaint. Plastic yellow trees, supposed to be glass mercury silver trees of all different sizes. The picture on Instagram was not what I received.

Same thing happened to me too. I ordered the gold ones and silver ones. Paid through PayPal. Who did you request refund from? PayPal? I’m so upset! I was looking forward to these as an addition to my decor. NOT what was advertised. Plastic! And not the sizes shown in video/ad. Grrrrr
