Same thing happened to me too. I ordered the gold ones and silver ones. Paid through PayPal. Who did you request refund from? PayPal? I’m so upset! I was looking forward to these as an addition to my decor. NOT what was advertised. Plastic! And not the sizes shown in video/ad. Grrrrr
