In a thoughtless impulse, I ordered several kitchen items from the online company “EU-Tropellyo” for a price stupidly below the real price and, instead of the one ordered, received a Pechisbeque ring from GRA Moissante. The day after the order was placed (as soon as I thought), I filed a complaint with the PSP and my bank, despite having only disbursed 41.35€. Today, after receiving the ring and having some e-mails exchanged with the company as proof, I will finally apply for a refund with the bank to see if I can recover this amount.

Dear Sir, Good night, Exactly like my case, in which I was deceived like a little angel. I ordered a toolbox in which the price would greatly exceed the amount I paid, such as €41.35. They also sent me a ring instead of the order. Do you think you will succeed in complaining? Let's see if I learned this time not to go after the cheap.
