I ordered two of these heaters, $45.00 each. They're supposed to plug into a regular wall socket . They won't stay on the socket they fall off. They're two heavy and no support to hold them in place. They were advertised as 100% money back. When I called a company with the same name and address on the USPS return address, they were very nice but said they couldn't refund because they were sold by scammers with the same name and address?? Now doesn't that sound strange? Don't buy the heaters.

i received one of the portable wall heaters just to read directions said use in a 220 outlet. Thats sucks. After reading these complaints I guess I'm stuck Bill Javins Nitro WV
Had the same issue with the unit falling out of the socket. I turned it upside-down in the socket and it stays in and seems to work fine. Was going to return the 5 I purchased for myself and family members. Now - I see that they cannot be returned!! So - we got ripped-off on this one!!! So sad that people go to these lengths to literally STEAL from US!! SAD!!!
I too could not put them in the electrical socket!! I bought 7 for self and family and paid a great sum of money. I am trying to find where I can return these items for my greatly paid sum f money. How to proceed?
