I have never heard of this site before and made no purchases yet I have a charge on my credit card for $40.77 I would like a response to this immediately and taken off of my credit card

File a complaint with the BBB, FTC and USPS attorney general and take screen shots of the submission. Once you do that, write the company and attached the screen capture. Make sure you request a refund. I just had to do the same and I received my money back. Good Luck
