Fraud Alert, Flushing NY

I have been receiving Male Enhancement and Testosterone gummies about every 90 days for over a year. I did not order these. I have been trying to get these cancelled, with no luck. Can't find who or what card they may be charging because the name on the package in not on any charges. They come, no receipt, no invoice, nothing to say where and who they are from. I try calling the number listed on this site, I get a third party phone service somewhere overseas, that don't know anything about this. Packages always come from ACUTE, 192-01 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358. Always has a tracking # but even that does not state where it comes from. Does anyone know where these come from, name they using to charge accounts, how to cancel these?

I ordered the gummies one time and they keep sending more at $200 a month. This is a scam and I have notified my credit card not to pay the invoice. I will send the package back to them with a refused shipment note
