Received my first dose of Pfizer vaccine. Arm was a little sore on that day. Next day injection site was red, swollen, and had heat in it. Also awoke to bad joint pain. Following day still had all of these symptoms. And injection site began itching. Day 3, joints are fine and injection site much better. Never felt sick. Husband also received Pfizer vaccine and only had a mild off and on headache for a couple of days. | Symptoms: Headache, Joint Pain, Soreness, Swelling, Itching
