Bullet proof vest advertised as a "UnitedPatriot" bullet proof vest with front and back bullet-proof armor plates ordered online and delivered via SpeedX IGD from HTT-UGD,, 4520 Danito Ct, Chino, CA, Order #205366. Vest has no Country of Origin or manufacturer tags or markings. It is poorly made and armor plates are rubber and Styrofoam and NOT bullet proof. Package arrived with no invoice or packing list.
