I order what they showed on a video of glass Christmas trees ranging in size from approximately 12" tall and smaller total of 5 what I received was 5 trees that were plastic approximately 4" tall and nothing like what was showing in the video

Hello, I too ordered the same items, the cheap plastic trees just arrived, they are not remotely the same as advertised. Do you recall the seller's name or business name, or the date that you ordered? I am trying to find the charge so I may dispute it. Thank you for any help.
Hi from UK. I am currently in an email conversation with a company called Inlikewise about the same issue. They advertised BFF Mercury glass trees but sent me cheap plastic crap and offered me a derisory $7 'compensation'. Just firing off another email now declining offers. Typically, I cannot find the original video but it is obvious 'proper' BFF products are not what they sent. Fuming!!!!!
