Gehers Hotys Ashland Ave. When ordering on Facebook, venfor showed as Husdown Technology,I ordered a resin door bell chime of a basset hound thru a facebook on 8-30-25. I was immediately concerned b/c although I paid by credit card, the transaction was processed as PayPal. I alerted my card co. & they took note. I was very overcharged. The add said the chime was $21.98. They charged me $9.49 tax (almost 50%), when it should have been 6%. Also, they charged another $8.99 for S & H, for a total of $41.17 There doesn't seem to be any direct way to contact this co. & going thru PayPal requires I have a PayPal account, so I'm resorting to this platform. I received the item today, 9-10-25 & thr dog didn't look like a basset & was a small resin, cheap looking Dollar Store type item. Never will zi ever buy anything advertised on facebook. Vendors are selling this item on ebay for $28 with fee shipping. Wonder if these excessive charges are related to tariffs, but the item came from Chicago. Very annoyed & will try to work thru my credit card co. Facebook did not respond to my complaint.
