I saw an ad on facebook to purchase Pop Up Sink Drain Strainers from service @kouglh. com. I placed an order on March 10, 2025. I paid through Paypal. I was over charged and filed a case through Paypals resolution center to be refunded the amount overcharge

I have not heard back from this company. I have pleaded in emails for them to respond. I still have the items and would like to return them for a refund.
