On July 5, I should have received a shipment from Mexico City, Estafeta reported it as delivered but I never received it, after dozens of calls they say that they will resolve it with the sender, not with me, but the sender has not received any communication from Estafeta. Time goes by and I don't see an answer, they're just delaying.
